I ran a field-service company. The work was good — the chaos around it wasn't. A call would come in while I was on a job, and by the time I called back the customer had already booked someone else. Job details lived in text threads, a notepad on the dash, and my memory. And every week, paying out subcontractors meant rebuilding the same spreadsheet that never quite balanced.

I went looking for software that could run the whole thing from one screen — calls, texts, dispatch, receipts, and honest settlement with my subs. The serious tools were built for big shops and priced like it. The simple tools didn't really do dispatch. Nothing fit a lean operation that lived on its phone.

So I built it. BH Dispatch turns every call, text, and email into a job, sends it to the right technician in seconds, gets the receipt to the customer, and settles with subs in a way that actually reconciles — with an AI assistant doing the busywork, always with a human approving. It runs my shop. Now it can run yours.
