Who we are

BH Dispatch is dispatch software for field-service businesses, operated from bhdispatch.app. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website or use the product, and what we do with it. You can reach us any time at oren@bhdispatch.app.

Information we collect

• •Information you give us: when you submit the “Book a demo” form, we collect your name, business name, phone number, and (optionally) your email, trade, team size, and message.
• •Usage data: we use analytics to understand how the site and app are used — pages viewed, links clicked, and similar interaction events.
• •Technical data: standard server and log information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps.
• •Account & service data: if you become a customer, the business data you create in the product (jobs, customers, messages) is processed to provide the service.

How we use your information

• •To respond to demo requests and contact you about BH Dispatch.
• •To provide, operate, secure, and improve the website and product.
• •To understand usage so we can make the product better.
• •To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Analytics & cookies

We use Matomo, a privacy-respecting analytics tool, to measure how our website and app are used. Matomo may set cookies to recognize return visits and stitch together a session. We use this data in aggregate to improve the experience — not to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small set of trusted providers to run BH Dispatch. They process data on our behalf, only as needed to deliver their service:

• •Stripe — payments and billing.
• •Resend — transactional and notification email.
• •Supabase — database and authentication.
• •Vercel — website and application hosting.
• •Matomo — website and product analytics.

Sharing & selling

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

SMS and mobile messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for any purpose. All other categories of data are shared subject to the terms of this policy.

If you opt in to receive SMS from BH Dispatch, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.

Data retention

We keep demo-request and customer information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide the service, and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email oren@bhdispatch.app and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

We protect your data with workspace isolation, encryption in transit, and access controls. You can read more on our Security page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date above.
