Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BH Dispatch website and product. By accessing the site or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you're using BH Dispatch on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on its behalf.

The service

BH Dispatch provides dispatch software for field-service businesses — turning calls, texts, and emails into jobs, dispatching technicians, sending estimates and receipts, settling with subcontractors, and an AI assistant that acts with your approval. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans & billing

BH Dispatch offers a free, ad-supported plan and paid plans. Paid-plan pricing and features are being finalized and will be presented before you're charged. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are billed in advance for the period you select and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

• •Use BH Dispatch only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with messaging and calling regulations (for example, obtaining the consent you need to contact your customers).
• •Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it or other users' data.
• •Don't use the service to send spam or unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Your content

The business data you put into BH Dispatch — your jobs, customers, and messages — remains yours. You grant us the permissions we need to host and process it so we can provide the service.

Intellectual property

BH Dispatch, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us. These terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.

AI assistant

The AI assistant drafts messages and prepares actions to save you time, but it operates with a human in the loop — actions wait for your approval. You're responsible for reviewing and approving what goes out to your customers.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we rely on third-party providers (such as Stripe and Twilio) for parts of it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BH Dispatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using BH Dispatch at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BH Dispatch is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and our business change. Significant changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
