Every business is fully isolated
Each company runs in its own workspace. Your jobs, customers, conversations, and phone line are scoped to your business and are never shared with or visible to another company on the platform.
Payments handled by Stripe
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. Sensitive card data goes to Stripe directly — BH Dispatch isn't in the business of storing card numbers.
Calls & texts run on Twilio
Voice and SMS are powered by Twilio's carrier-grade infrastructure, so your business line is reliable and the messages your customers get come from a number that's yours.
Your number stays yours
Your business line belongs to your workspace. A workspace can only send and receive on a number it owns — there's no cross-tenant sharing of phone lines.
Encrypted in transit
Traffic to and from BH Dispatch is served over HTTPS/TLS, so data moving between your devices and the platform is encrypted on the wire.
Access is controlled
Accounts are invite-based — new logins aren't open to the public — and every user only sees the workspace they belong to.
