These terms describe the SMS text messages BH Dispatch sends, how you opt in and out, and the rates and frequency involved. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Program description
BH Dispatch sends SMS text messages to people who ask us to — for example, prospects who submit our demo form and opt in to be contacted, to follow up about their request and help set up their workspace. These are service and account-related messages, not bulk marketing.
How you opt in
You opt in by submitting the demo form on bhdispatch.app and ticking the SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase — you can use the free plan and contact us by email or phone instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us — typically a few messages while we set up or follow up on your request.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BH Dispatch does not charge you for the messages themselves.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you'll get one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email oren@bhdispatch.app. You can also just tell us you'd rather not receive texts.
Carriers and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties for any purpose.
